  1. General.

    The use of D-Sign24.de and all sites part thereof (social media channels) is subject to these terms of use (TOU). By using these sites you accept to be bound to these TOU.

    This translation is made for you comfort only. The german version is the one liable. You can view it, when you switch the language settings.

    D-Sign24.de is a non-commercial project by René Leege. All services are non-commercial and made in leisure time.

    D-Sign24.de is bound to the laws of Federal Republic of Germany, you accept to be bound to these laws too. Furthermore you follow the rules of netiquette. You are also informed that you may have to accept additional rules for some areas of D-Sign24.de or licenses for some downloads.

    The author does not guarantee actuality, correctness, completeness or quality of the data and information made available.

  2. Membership and content publishing.

    Membership is voluntary and for free. It ends with termination. There is no claim for membership.

    If you publish your content (posts, downloads etc.) here you entitle D-Sign24.de and possible follow-ups by me (René Leege) to publish your content. In case you should cease support D-Sign24.de and possible follow-ups by me (René Leege) may carry on to support your content. Your content will stay online, there is no deletion. Correspondent notes of you being the author and your license will remain. D-Sign24.de does not claim ownership of your content at any time.

    Support is only available in the forums. There is no support via E-Mail/PM/IM. Such questions are being ignored. This includes questions on which plug-ins are used.

  3. Advertisements.

    D-Sign24.de is a non-commercial project, meaning that any kind advertisement is prohibited. But you may present your forum in the destined areas.

  4. Use of contents.

    The copyright of the author (René Leege, D-Sign24.de) himself created objects remains with René Leege. Reproducing or use of such graphics, audio files, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications without explicit authorization is prohibited. This includes the page reproduction of D-Sign24.de.

    It is prohibited to use the under legal notice and comparable published data to send not requested informations or to deal with that data.

  5. Privacy

    Personal data are recorded only to the extent technically required. Automatically generated log files record the following transferred data:

    • The IP-address of the accessing PC
    • The operating system (OS) used
    • The Browser and passed data by the browser
    • The accessing time
    • The site visited before

    These data are recorded for statistical interpretations only and are deleted regularly.

    If you'd register for an account, we will ask you for a username (may be a pseudonym) and a valid e-mail address. The e-mail is only viewable for the administration unless you change that.

    The Community Framework uses cookies in order to personalize certain functions. Furthermore the IP address is recorded when you register and whenever you post content. The IP address is viewable for administrators only.

    The user’s profile offers the opportunity to enter further personal data. The user profile is viewable for everyone by standard and each registered member can contact you. You have the possibility to limit access to your profile for your friends only and to limit communication.

    The recorded data are not sold nor given away in any way.

    You have the right to let your account being deleted. In certain cases (e.g. break of these TOU) there may be a suspension of the account only meaning the data are still saved and cannot be used anymore. The data will only be accessible for the administrators in that case.

    In case of questions concerning your privacy resp. to delete your account please send an e-mail to d-sign24 [at] d-sign24 [dot] de – of course you need to quote your username.

    Important: To avoid abuse the e-mail has to be sent via the activated mail address in your user profile.

  6. Final clause.

    In case that single phrases of this text should contradict the legal position in parts or in whole the rest of that document will remain valid. It will be replaced automatically by a phrase of that document that corresponds best to that one invalid.

    These TOU may be changed at any time.

    Breaking these TOU could cause warning, suspension and in severe cases civil law/ penal action and claim for compensation.
